The client
My client is a project management consultancy in construction specialising in Commercial, Education, Aged-Care and hospitality projects across Australia. They are experiencing a period of growth and continued success with their existing clients and are now looking to expand on the NSW office.
The Role of Project Manager for Client Side Construction As a client side construction Assistant Project Manager you will have had full life cycle responsibility for managing projects in particular commercial projects of $20m+.
With this being a client side position, you will possess strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple parties and be involved heavily in stakeholder management. Having exposure to capital works projects, facility upgrades, new construction within the commercial projects.
Requirements for Project Manager for Client Side Construction - Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or similar
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience managing your own projects from design through to handover to the client
- Previous Client Side experience from a consultancy
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
